研究目的：

通过个案报告一例ACD-RCC，并查阅相关文献总结 ACD-RCC的流行病学特征、病因、病理特点、影像学特征、治疗及预后，旨在更全面认识 ACD-RCC，有助于提高大家对该少见肾细胞癌类型的认识。  

Objectives of Study：

Through a case report of ACD-RCC and a review of relevant literature, the epidemiological characteristics, aetiology, pathological features, imaging features, treatment and prognosis of ACD-RCC were summarised, aiming to have a more comprehensive understanding of ACD-RCC and help to raise awareness of this rare type of renal cell carcinoma.

纳入标准：

（1）病理明确诊断为获得性囊性肾病相关性肾细胞癌 （2）涉及本研究收集指标的临床病历资料完整

Inclusion criteria

1.Pathologically clear diagnosis of acquired cystic kidney disease-related renal cell carcinoma, 2.The clinical medical record data related to the indicators collected in this study are complete.

排除标准：

缺乏免疫组化、详细临床病史及诊断不明的病例

Exclusion criteria：

Absence of immunohistochemistry, detailed clinical history, and cases with unclear diagnosis.
