研究目的：

提出适用于机器人辅助种植系统中种植体与邻牙的安全距离，为临床机器人辅助种植手术方案设计和种植体相关预后提供一定参考。  

Objectives of Study：

A safe distance between the implant and adjacent teeth is proposed for use in robotic-assisted dental implantation systems, providing a certain reference for clinical robot-assisted dental implantation surgery plan design and related prognosis of implants.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.牙列部分缺失患者使用机器人种植系统植入一颗或多颗种植体修复缺牙区； 2.术前规划种植体距离邻牙牙根的距离小于1.5mm或者大于2.00mm； 3.张口度正常、颞下颌关节功能无异常、邻牙健康无松动； 4.存在对立咬合关系、颌间间隙无明显异常； 5.无明显畸形或其他病理性疾病； 6.依从性良好，愿意并且能够按要求进行临床随访.

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients with partial tooth loss use a robotic implant system to place one or more implants to restore the missing tooth area; 2.Preoperative planning of the distance between the implant and the root of adjacent teeth is less than 1.5mm or greater than 2.00mm; 3.Normal mouth opening, no abnormalities in temporomandibular joint function, healthy adjacent teeth without mobility; 4.There is a contralateral occlusion relationship, and there are no significant abnormalities in the intermaxillary space. 5.No obvious deformities or other pathological diseases; 6.Good compliance, willing and able to follow up clinically as required.

排除标准：

1.种植体距离邻牙牙根的距离在1.5-2.00mm间； 2.因医学相关问题（如不受控制的糖尿病、严重心理问题、放化疗治疗等）终止相关治疗； 3.患者精神上无能力或不能理解参与研究的要求.

Exclusion criteria：

1.The distance between the implant and the root of the adjacent tooth is between 1.5-2.00mm; 2.Termination of treatment due to medical issues (such as uncontrolled diabetes, severe psychological problems, radiotherapy and chemotherapy); 3.The patient lacks the mental capacity or understanding to participate in the study.
