研究目的：

探究上海地区女性HPV感染者的男性伴侣HPV感染率，明确男性不同采样部位和方式对HPV检出率的影响，以及男女双方HPV检测结果和女性宫颈病变患者中男性感染HPV亚型特征的关联性，建立男性HPV采样检测的可行性流程及实践方案。  

Objectives of Study：

Explore the HPV infection rate among male partners of female HPV-infected individuals in Shanghai, clarify the impact of different sampling sites and methods on HPV detection rate in males, and investigate the correlation between HPV test results of both males and females and the characteristics of HPV subtypes in males infected among female cervical lesion patients. Establish a feasible process and practical scheme for male HPV sampling and detection.

纳入标准：

（1）年龄18~65岁； （2）女性伴侣已确诊HPV感染并明确已感染HPV亚型者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Aged 18 to 65; (2) Female partners who have been diagnosed with HPV infection and have been confirmed to have been infected with specific HPV subtypes.

排除标准：

检查前已清洗外生殖器者。

Exclusion criteria：

Those who have cleaned their external genitalia before the examination.
