研究目的：

本项目拟在构建针对长新冠背景下老年失智人群失能状态的评估体系，通过文献分析、统计分析、信效度分析等手法对其科学性、可行性进行考察及修正，旨在为老年失智人群的失能状态评估提供科学、便捷的数字化工具，实现老年失智人群长期医疗健康服务的可视化跟进。  

Objectives of Study：

This project intends to construct an assessment system for the disability status of elderly people with dementia under the background of long COVID. It will examine and revise the scientificity and feasibility of the system through methods such as literature analysis, statistical analysis, and reliability and validity analysis. The aim is to provide a scientific and convenient digital tool for assessing the disability status of elderly people with dementia, and to realize the visual follow-up of long-term medical and health services for this group.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.在二级及以上医院诊断为痴呆者； 2.入住医疗机构≥6个月； 3.能够进行基本沟通； 4.患者家属知情同意并配合完成本研究； 5.年龄>=60岁

Inclusion criteria

1.Those diagnosed with dementia in hospitals at Level 2 or above; 2.Staying in a medical institution for 6 months or more; 3.Able to carry out basic communication; 4.The patient's family members have given informed consent and will cooperate in completing this study; 5. Age>=60 years old.

排除标准：

1.精神疾病处于急性期且无法配合完成本研究；
2.无法通过书写或语言交流；
3.严重基础疾病以致无法完成本研究；
4.其他原因导致受试者不愿或不能参与本研究；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Having an acute phase of mental illness and being unable to cooperate in completing this study;
2.Being unable to communicate through writing or language;
3.Having severe underlying diseases that make it impossible to complete this study;
4.Being unwilling or unable to participate in this study due to other reasons.
