研究目的：

1.本研究拟探讨低剂量艾司氯胺酮对BIS和熵指数影响的比较，为使用低剂量艾司氯胺酮时选择合适的脑电监测手段提供参考。 2.本研究拟探讨低剂量艾司氯胺酮对BIS和熵指数影响程度，为术中使用低剂量艾司氯胺酮后，根据脑电数值做出对麻醉镇静深度的正确判断提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

1. This study intends to explore the comparison of the effects of low-dose esketamine on BIS and entropy index, and provide a reference for choosing the appropriate EEG monitoring method when using low-dose esketamine. 2. This study intends to investigate the effect of low-dose esketamine on BIS and entropy index, and provide a reference for making correct judgments on the depth of anesthesia and sedation based on EEG values after the use of low-dose esketamine.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

临床资料完整；18岁<=年龄<65岁；美国麻醉医师协会（American Society of Anesthesiologists，ASA）分级I～II级；术前查体显示心肺无显著异常，肝肾功能正常；体重正常（标准体重+/-20%）；诊断明确，符合手术指征。

Inclusion criteria

Complete clinical data; 18 years old< = age< 65 years old; American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I~II; Preoperative physical examination showed no significant abnormalities in the heart and lungs, and normal liver and kidney function; Normal body weight (+/-20% of standard body weight); The diagnosis is clear and in line with the indications for surgery.

排除标准：

患有严重基础疾病；患有癫痫病史；患有脑肿瘤疾病；认知障碍等症状相关的精神疾病者；正在服用神经、精神作用的药物；因各原因退出研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

Suffering from severe underlying diseases; History of epilepsy; Suffering from brain tumor disease; Those with mental illness related to symptoms such as cognitive impairment; are taking drugs with neurological and psychiatric effects; Withdrawn from the study for various reasons.
