研究目的:

(1)探究低频rTMS刺激靶点Cz合并康复训练对于改善孤独症儿童核心症状的作用。 (2)探究低频rTMS改善孤独症儿童临床症状的潜在机制。  

Objectives of Study:

(1) Investigate the effect of low-frequency rTMS stimulation at the target area Cz combined with rehabilitation training on improving the core symptoms of children with autism. (2) Explore the potential mechanism of low-frequency rTMS in alleviating the clinical symptoms of children with autism.

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

(1)符合《美国精神障碍诊断与统计手册(第5版)》(DSM-5)诊断标准和ADOS-2诊断标准。诊断由主任医师作出; (2)受试者年龄在2-7岁; (3)韦氏智力量表分数>70分; (4)右利手; (5)儿童/父母/监护人同意参加本研究。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Meets the diagnostic criteria of both the "Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (5th Edition)" (DSM-5) and the ADOS-2. The diagnosis is made by the chief physician; (2) The subjects' age ranges from 2 to 7 years old; (3) The Wechsler Intelligence Scale score is greater than 70 points; (4) Right-handed; (5) The children, parents, or guardians have given consent to participate in this study.

排除标准:

(1)有明确的神经系统疾病史、外伤性脑损伤史或严重躯体疾病史; (2)有金属种植体的受试者,包括不可拆卸的假牙; (3)刺激部位皮肤表面损伤。

Exclusion criteria:

(1) Having a clear history of neurological disorders, traumatic brain injury, or severe physical diseases; (2) Subjects with implanted metal devices, including non-detachable dentures; (3) Skin surface damage at the stimulation site.

采用分层随机的方法,先将符合纳入标准的研究人群按照年龄分组,分两组:2岁-4岁(45名),4岁-7岁(45名);然后在每个年龄组内将研究对象随机分成三个组。此外,要求在性别(男/女)和ADOS-2结果(孤独症/孤独症谱系)上相匹配。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method):

A stratified random method was adopted. First, the study population meeting the inclusion criteria was grouped by age into three groups: 2-4 years old (45 subjects) and 4-7 years old (45 subjects). Then, within each age group, the subjects were randomly divided into three groups. Additionally, matching was required in terms of gender (male/female) and ADOS-2 results (autism/autism spectrum).

盲法:

本实验可以实现单盲。为了实现参与者的盲化,对对照组实施假刺激来模拟真实rTMS引起的感觉;为了保证临床研究质量,对结局评估者和数据分析者设置盲法。

Blinding:

This experiment can achieve single-blindness. To blind the participants, a false stimulus was applied to the control group to simulate the sensation caused by real rTMS; to ensure the quality of the clinical study, blinding was implemented for the outcome assessors and data analysts.
