研究目的：

本研究探究基于格林模式的健康教育干预方案对腹主动脉瘤覆膜支架患者生活质量、自我运动效能的影响，以期提高患者长期生活质量。  

Objectives of Study：

This study investigated the effects of a health education intervention program based on the PRECEDE-PROCEED Model on the quality of life and self-exercise efficacy of patients with abdominal aortic aneurysm overlay stenting with the aim of improving their long-term quality of life.

纳入标准：

1.能理解问卷内容，符合腹主动脉瘤诊断标准； 2.经CT血管造影（CTA）确诊并成功行支架植入术者； 3.知情同意，自愿参加本研究。 4.年龄≥18岁 5.首次行支架置入术者

Inclusion criteria

1.Those who could understand the questionnaire and met the diagnostic criteria for aortic aneurysm; 2.Those who were diagnosed by CT angiography (CTA) and underwent successful stenting; 3.Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study. 4.Age >=18 years; 5.Those who underwent stenting for the first time

排除标准：

1.合并有严重心律失常者； 2.严重心功能不全（心功能分级IV级）者； 3.合并严重的脑、肝、肾等脏器或其他严重躯体疾病； 4.存在听力、语言障碍或严重心理疾病者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Those with a combination of severe cardiac arrhythmia; 2. Those with severe cardiac insufficiency (cardiac function class IV); 3. Those with a combination of serious brain, liver, kidney and other organs or other serious physical diseases; 4. The presence of hearing, speech disorders or serious psychological disorders.

对照组采用本病区常规围术期运动康复健康教育方案，由护士在患者入院时、术后及出院时进行口头知识教育，包括术前避免剧烈运动、术后早期下床等。

The control group used the routine perioperative exercise rehabilitation health education program in this ward, in which nurses provided verbal knowledge education at the time of patients' admission, postoperative and discharge, including avoiding strenuous exercise before surgery and getting out of bed early after surgery.

采用基于格林模式的围术期运动康复健康教育方案。评估阶段 在患者入院时对患者进行基础的询问，结合一般资料量表、生活质量量表（SF-36）、运动自我效能量表、Barthel指数等评估，了解患者对于运动康复的认知情况、是否存在错误认知的内容并且这些内容是否影响患者进行运动康复，评估在实施过程中可能存在的阻碍因素。根据以上收集到的信息，将影响患者进行运动康复行为的因素分为倾向因素、强化因素和促成因素，通过找出上述三方面的因素中可变的部分并且根据倾向因素、强化因素和促成因素制定相关健康教育方法。

Intervention：

A perioperative exercise rehabilitation health education program based on the Greene model was used. Assessment phase Basic inquiries were made to the patients at the time of admission, combined with assessments of the General Information Scale, the Quality of Life Scale (SF-36), the Exercise Self-Efficacy Scale, and the Barthel Index, to find out what the patients knew about exercise rehabilitation, whether there were any misperceptions and whether they affected the patients' behavior in exercise rehabilitation, and to assess the possible obstacles that might be present in the process of implementation. Based on the information collected above, the factors affecting patients' behavior in exercise rehabilitation were classified into predisposing factors, reinforcing factors and contributing factors, and health education methods were developed based on the predisposing factors, reinforcing factors and contributing factors by identifying the variable parts of the above three factors.
