Objectives of Study：

The primary aim of our study is to adapt existing evidence-based strategies of workplace health promotion in the prevention and control of cancer and build a scalable model in China and other LMICs.

Using the stepped wedge cluster randomised controlled trial design, the 15 workplaces will be randomly allocated to 3 groups and one of the groups will be randomly selected to start the intervention sequence every 6 months. Randomization will be performed by SAS software.
