研究目的：

1. 深入了解NICU患儿家属及护士的护患沟通感受及需求; 2. 构建NICU患儿家属探视期护患沟通清单; 3. 探究沟通清单对NICU护患沟通效果的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Deeply understand the communication feelings and needs of NICU children's families and nurses; 2. Construct a communication list for family members of NICU children during visits; 3. To explore the effect of communication checklist on the communication effect of NICU nurses and patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

1.住院患儿的主要家属或主要照护者; 2.年龄>=18 岁; 3.患儿住院期间探视两次或以上; 4.知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

1. The main family member or primary caregiver of the hospitalized child; 2. Age>=18 years old; 3. The child has two or more visits during hospitalization; 4. Informed consent.

排除标准：

1.有严重的生理或心理疾病; 2.听力或语言表达障碍,不能进行正常的交流; 3.患儿病情极危重,家属处于急性应激期。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Have serious physical or psychological diseases; 2. Hearing or language expression impairment, unable to communicate normally; 3. The child is in critical condition, and the family is in an acute stress period.

对照组患儿家属探视时实施常规沟通方式，按照责任护士熟悉的沟通方式与家属进行沟通。由床位责任护士将患儿病情向家属讲解，并对家属的各项疑问进行一一解答，告知家属需要为患者准备的生活物品等。
