研究目的：

本研究研究益生菌对哮喘儿童的辅助治疗作用，一方面意在确定影响哮喘的特定肠道菌，另一方面希望通过益生菌干预，证实益生菌在哮喘治疗中的有效性及安全性，并且探讨肠道菌群代谢产物降低肺部炎症、缓解哮喘症状的机制，为探索哮喘控制治疗提供新思路新靶点。  

Objectives of Study：

This study mainly aims to investigate the adjuvant treatment effect of probiotics on children with asthma. On the one hand, it aims to identify specific intestinal bacteria affecting asthma, on the other hand, it hopes to confirm the effectiveness and safety of probiotics in asthma treatment through probiotic intervention, and explore the mechanism of intestinal flora metabolites reducing lung inflammation and relieving asthma symptoms. It provides new ideas and targets for exploring asthma control treatment.

纳入标准：

1. 6-14岁儿童 2. 符合2016 年版《儿童支气管哮喘诊断与防治指南》的哮喘及咳嗽变异性哮喘诊断标准。

Inclusion criteria

1. Children 6-14 years old 2. It meets the diagnostic criteria of asthma and cough variant asthma in the 2016 edition of the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Prevention of Bronchial Asthma in Children.

排除标准：

1. 过去1个月内有严重腹泻或严重便秘者，或哮喘合并胃肠道疾病者 2. 过去1个月内患有呼吸道感染者 3. 过去1个月内使用过抗生素治疗者 4. 过去1个月内服用糖皮质激素、免疫抑制剂者 5. 过去2周内使用益生菌等微生态制剂者 6. 合并其他基础疾病如糖尿病等代谢性疾病、肝肾功能不全、心力衰竭

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe diarrhea or severe constipation in the past 1 month, or asthma combined with gastrointestinal disease 2. Had respiratory infection in the past 1 month 3. Patients who have been treated with antibiotics in the past 1 month 4. Patients who have taken glucocorticoids and immunosuppressants in the past 1 month 5. Those who have used microecological preparations such as probiotics in the past 2 weeks. 6. The combination of other basic diseases such as diabetes and other metabolic diseases, liver and kidney insufficiency, heart failure
