研究目的：

通过对多中心青少年PNS初始治疗方案及疗效的回顾性分析，探讨标准剂量糖皮质激素诱导缓解与肾活检后依据病理类型选择治疗方案的疗效及对预后的影响，寻找最佳的治疗策略。  

Objectives of Study：

Through a retrospective analysis of the initial treatment regimens and therapeutic effects of multi-center adolescent PNS, this study aims to explore the efficacy and impact on prognosis of standard-dose glucocorticoid induction remission and treatment selection based on pathological types after renal biopsy, with the expectation of identifying the optimal treatment strategy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄：10-18 岁儿童（参照世界卫生组织的定义）； 2.2014 年 1 月至 2023 年 12 月临床诊断符合 PNS 的标准 ①大量蛋白尿：24 h 尿蛋白定量>=50 mg/kg 或晨尿蛋白/肌酐(mg/mg)>=2.0，1 周内 3 次晨尿蛋白定性(＋＋＋)～(＋＋＋＋); ②低蛋白血症：血清白蛋白低于 25 g/L; ③高脂血症：血清胆固醇高于 5.7 mmol/L; ④不同程度的水肿; 以上 4 项中以 1 和 2为诊断的必要条件）； 3.规律随访至少 1 年； 4.符合 2013 年修订的《赫尔辛基宣言》的要求，患者及家属均知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age: children aged 10-18 years (with reference to the definition of the World Health Organization); 2. Clinical diagnosis from January 2014 to December 2023 meets the criteria for PNS (1) Massive proteinuria: 24 h urine protein quantification>=50 mg/kg or morning urine protein/creatinine (mg/mg)>=2.0, 3 times within 1 week morning urine protein qualitative (+++)~(++++); (2) Hypoproteinemia: serum albumin less than 25 g/L; (3) Hyperlipidemia: serum cholesterol is higher than 5.7 mmol/L; (4) Varying degrees of edema; 1 and 2 of the above 4 items are necessary for diagnosis); 3. Regular follow-up for at least 1 year; 4. Comply with the requirements of the 2013 Revised Declaration of Helsinki, with informed consent from both the patient and the family.

排除标准：

1.继发于其他疾病的肾病综合征；
2.需要透析或肾移植患者；
3.存在基因缺陷或遗传代谢性疾病；
4.合并心血管、肝、脑、造血系统疾病或精神障碍等严重原发性疾病；
5.临床资料不完整。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Nephrotic syndrome secondary to other diseases;
2.Patients requiring dialysis or kidney transplantation;
3.There are genetic defects or genetic metabolic disorders.
4.Including severe primary diseases such as cardiovascular, liver, brain, hematopoietic system disorders, or mental disorders;
5.The clinical data is incomplete.
