研究目的：

通过对比对照组与干预组 2 组预防 VTE 疗效，不良事件发生率和用药依从性等结果，验证骨科创伤术后并发静脉血栓栓塞症预防用药药师介入的药院内外全程化管理模式临床实践效果，以期为临床药师的用药监护管理提供借鉴经验及开展围术期药学服务提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

By comparing the results such as the efficacy of preventing VTE, the incidence of adverse events and medication compliance between the control group and the intervention group, the clinical practice effect of the full-process management model of pharmacist intervention for the prevention of venous thromboembolism after orthopedic trauma surgery was verified. With the aim of providing reference experience for the medication monitoring and management of clinical pharmacists and offering references for the implementation of perioperative pharmaceutical services.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.髋周骨折（髋部和骨盆、髋臼骨折）和股骨干骨折手 术患者；
2.年龄在 18-75 岁之间；
3.已签署知情同意且可以配合完 成随访；

Inclusion criteria

1.Hip fractures (fractures of the hip, pelvis and acetabulum) and femoral shaft fractures Surgical patient;
2.Aged between 18 and 75;
3.Has signed informed consent and can cooperate to complete the follow-up.

排除标准：

1.病理性骨折者或合并其他部位骨折者或多发伤者；
2.凝血功能障碍者或近期有活动性出血或合并出血性疾病者或合并造血系统疾病者；
3.妊娠期、哺乳期、精神异常、肿瘤患者；
4.骨筋 膜间室综合征、类风湿视网膜病；
5.严重头颅外伤、急性颅内损伤 或急性脊髓损伤；
6.肌酐清除率< 30 mL·min-1；
7.对本研究使用 药物过敏者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with pathological fractures or those with fractures in other parts of the body, or those with multiple injuries;
2.Those with coagulation disorders, or those who have had active bleeding recently, or those with concurrent hemorrhagic diseases, or those with concurrent hematopoietic system diseases;
3.Pregnant women, lactating women, patients with mental disorders, and those with tumors;
4.Osteofascial compartment syndrome, rheumatoid retinopathy;
5.Severe head trauma, acute intracranial injury or acute spinal cord injury;
6.Creatinine clearance rate < 30 mL·min-1;
7.Those who are allergic to the drugs used in this study.
