研究目的：

本次研究在内江市区社区选取200名老年原发性高血压患者为对象，使用自行设计的问卷调查患者高血压服药情况，分析影响患者服药依从性的原因，为临床医生对不同背景的高血压患者采取个体化治疗提供依据和参考，从而提高高血压的控制率。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, 200 elderly patients with essential hypertension were selected as subjects in Neijiang urban community. The self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the patients' hypertension medication situation, analyze the reasons affecting the patients' medication compliance, and provide evidence and reference for clinicians to adopt individualized treatment for hypertension patients with different backgrounds, so as to improve the control rate of hypertension.

纳入标准：

1.患者知情同意，愿意配合调查；
2.年龄≥65岁；
3.符合《中国老年高血压管理指南2023》原发性高血压标准[2]：未服用降压药物情况下非同日3次测量血压，收缩压≥140mmHg，和/或舒张压≥90mmHg，曾经明确诊断高血压且正在服用降压药物的老年人血压＜140/90mmHg也包括在内；
4.连续服用高血压药物超过2周；
5.常驻人口；

Inclusion criteria

1.Patient's informed consent, willing to cooperate with the investigation; 2.Age >=65 years old; 3.Meet the Chinese Guidelines for the Management of Hypertension in the Elderly 2023 criteria for essential hypertension [2] : Blood pressure >=140mmHg and/or >=90mmHg in systolic and/or diastolic blood pressure measured 3 times on different days without taking antihypertensive drugs; blood pressure < 140/90mmHg in the elderly who have been diagnosed with hypertension and are taking antihypertensive drugs is also included; 4.Take high blood pressure medication for more than 2 weeks; 5.resident population;
