研究目的:

本项试验旨在通过观察补充动物双歧杆菌乳亚种MUS+对不同身体活动水平大学生肠道菌群结构与短链脂肪酸生成的影响,并了解其对于不同组别受试者肌肉运动表现的影响。初步从“肠肌轴”角度入手,确认补充动物双歧杆菌乳亚种MUS+可通过调节改善肠道菌群,进而有效提升受试者骨骼肌运动表现的可能机制。  

Objectives of Study:

This study aims to observe the effect of supplementation of Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. lactis MUS+ on gut microbiota structure and short-chain fatty acid production of college students at different physical activity levels, and to understand its effect on muscle motor performance of different groups of subjects. From the perspective of "gut muscle axis", it is confirmed that supplementation of Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. lactis MUS+ can effectively improve skeletal muscle motor performance of subjects by regulating gut microbiota.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

1. 国际体力活动问卷(IPAQ):运动组(中水平):满足以下任一条件:高强度活动≥3天/周且≥20分钟/天;中强度/步行活动≥5天/周且≥30分钟/天;总活动天数≥5天/周且总体力活动≥600 MET-min/周。久坐组(低水平):未活动或活动未达中/高水平标准。 2. 久坐组:久坐行为问卷(SBQ)总分≥20。 3. 自愿参加并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ): Exercise group (medium level): meet any of the following conditions: high intensity activity >=3 days/week and >=20 minutes/day; moderate intensity/walking activity >=5 days/week and >=30 minutes/day; total activity days ≥5 days/week and total physical activity >=600MET-min/week. Sedentary group (low level): no activity or activity does not meet the medium/high level criteria. 2. Sedentary group: total score of sedentary behavior questionnaire (SBQ) >=20. 3. Voluntary participation and signing of informed consent form.

排除标准:

1. 近一个月内使用各类抗真菌药物、抗生素药物、免疫抑制药物、抗精神类药物(包括ADHD治疗药物)及其他益生菌、益生元、大剂量营养素及其他的替代疗法; 2. 近期发生过严重腹泻便秘等胃肠疾病。 3. 其他不稳定的或者严重的心、肺、肝、肾、造血系统疾病(包括不稳定心绞痛、不能控制的哮喘、严重过敏、活动性胃出血、急性白血病等)。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Use of various antifungal drugs, antibiotics, immunosuppressive drugs, antipsychotics (including ADHD drugs) and other probiotics, prebiotics, high-dose nutrients and other alternative therapies in the past month; 2. Severe diarrhea, constipation and other gastrointestinal diseases have occurred recently. 3. Other unstable or severe heart, lung, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system diseases (including unstable angina pectoris, uncontrollable asthma, severe allergies, active gastric bleeding, acute leukemia, etc.).
