研究目的：

通过对儿童围术期抑郁症状的调查，了解儿童围术期抑郁症状的发生情况，并探讨艾司氯胺酮在儿童围术期抑郁症状的影响，优化儿童麻醉方案，达到精准麻醉及综合管理的目标。  

Objectives of Study：

Through the investigation of children's perioperative depressive symptoms, we aim to understand the occurrence of depressive symptoms in children during the perioperative period, and explore the impact of esketamine on such symptoms. We will optimize the anesthesia plan for children to achieve the goals of precise anesthesia and comprehensive management.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、择期手术需行全身麻醉 2、年龄8~15岁 3、ASA分级Ⅰ~Ⅱ级 4、术前禁脂肪类固体食物>8 h，淀粉类固体食物>6h，禁清饮料>2 h 5、儿童抑郁自评量表（depression self-rating scale for children, DSRSC）评分13分及以上 6、预计术后住院时间5天及以上

Inclusion criteria

1.General anesthesia is required for elective surgeries 2. Age 8 to 15 years old 3. ASA classification I to II 4. Before the operation, solid fatty foods should be avoided for more than 8 hours, solid starchy foods for more than 6 hours, and clear beverages for more than 2 hours 5. A score of 13 or above on the depression self-rating scale for children (DSRSC) 6. The expected postoperative hospital stay is 5 days or more

排除标准：

1、精神意识障碍或合并有其他精神性疾病者 2、癫痫和甲状腺功能亢进病史 3、高血压、脑血管意外史 4、颅内压增高、颅内肿瘤 5、青光眼 6、严重心血管疾病 7、沟通障碍（如自闭症） 8、手术时长不足1小时 9、术后回icu

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those with mental disorders or other mental illnesses 2. History of epilepsy and hyperthyroidism 3. History of hypertension and cerebrovascular accidents 4. Increased intracranial pressure or intracranial tumors 5. Glaucoma 6. Severe cardiovascular diseases 7. Communication disorders (such as autism) 8. Surgery duration less than 1 hour 9. Return to ICU after surgery
