研究目的：

前瞻性验证基于多种内镜表型特征的家族性腺瘤性息肉病进展期腺瘤预测模型，为家族性腺瘤性息肉病患者个体化内镜监测提供循证工具。  

Objectives of Study：

Objective to prospectively validate the prediction model of adenoma in the advanced stage of familial adenomatous polyposis based on a variety of endoscopic phenotypic characteristics, and to provide evidence-based tools for individualized endoscopic monitoring of patients with familial adenomatous polyposis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、年龄18–75岁； 2、确诊IRA术后，残留直肠段直径<10mm息肉； 3、接受6个月间隔内镜监测且资料完整。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age 18 – 75 years old; 2. After IRA, residual polyps with rectal segment diameter<10mm were found; 3. They were monitored by endoscopy at 6-month intervals and the data were complete.

排除标准：

1、内镜失访≥3次； 2、病灶病理提示黏膜下浸润； 3、临床或图像数据缺失。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Endoscopic loss of follow-up >= 3 times; 2. Pathological examination showed submucosal infiltration; 3. Clinical or image data is missing.
