Objectives of Study：

To study the clinical effect and advantages of digital 3D printed guiding template-assisted anterior fixation with a single cannulated screw in the treatment of type II odontoid fractures

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.根据颈部外伤史，颈部或颈后疼痛、颈部僵硬、相应神经系统症状等临床表现，X线及CT显示齿状突基底部骨折且骨折线为横行等依据明确诊断AndersonⅡA型齿状突骨折；
2.年龄在20-80岁并签署知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

1.Based on the history of neck trauma, clinical manifestations such as neck or posterior neck pain, neck stiffness, and corresponding neurological symptoms, as well as X-ray and CT scans showing fractures at the base of the odontoid process with transverse fracture lines, A definite diagnosis of Anderson type IIA odontoid process fracture is made;
2.Aged between 20 and 80 and having signed the informed consent form;

排除标准：

1.X线和CT提示骨折移位﹥5mm或成角﹥10°；
2.合并椎管狭窄；
3.合并邻近部位骨折，如一侧或双侧寰枢关节粉碎性骨折，符合不稳定型Jefferson骨折；
4.合并难复型寰枢关节脱位；
5.合并有严重内科疾病，如心衰等；
6.既往有脊柱疾病史，如脊柱结核、脊柱肿瘤等；

Exclusion criteria：

1.X-ray and CT scans suggest that the fracture displacement is greater than 5mm or the angulation is greater than 10°;
2.Combined spinal canal stenosis;
3.Combined fractures of adjacent sites, such as comminuted fractures of the atlantoaxial joint on one or both sides, are consistent with unstable Jefferson fractures;
4.Combined with refractory atlantoaxial dislocation;
5.There are severe internal diseases in combination, such as heart failure, etc;
6.There is a history of spinal diseases in the past, such as spinal tuberculosis and spinal tumors;

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

主要包括两部分，病例资料及术后随访数据。记录打印组术前设计螺钉钉道的角度与深度，并与术后影像学测量数据比较；记录两组患者的手术时间、术中透视次数、导针预置调整次数、术中出血量、骨折愈合率；记录两组患者手术前及术后3个月及末次随访的VAS评分、JOA评分、CROM评分及ASIA评分。
