研究目的：

观察艾司奥美拉唑是否降低术前有晕动病史或PONV病史甲状腺切除女性患者术后恶心呕吐的发生率，改善术后恢复质量，提高健康相关生活质量。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe whether esomeprazole reduces the incidence of postoperative nausea and vomiting in female thyroidectomy patients with a history of motion sickness or PONV before surgery, improves the quality of postoperative recovery, and enhances the health-related quality of life.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄 18-65岁； 2. BMI 18-30 kg/m2； 3. ASA I-III级； 4. 计划在全身麻醉下接受择期甲状腺切除手术的女性患者； 5. 晕动病史或PONV病史； 6. 无胃肠道疾病，除简单胆囊切除术外未接受胃肠道手术； 7. 沟通交流正常； 8. 自愿受试并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age: 18-65 years old; 2. BMI: 18-30 kg/m2; 3. ASA I-III grade; 4. Female patients who plan to undergo elective thyroidectomy under general anesthesia; 5. History of motion sickness or PONV; 6. No gastrointestinal diseases, and no gastrointestinal surgeries have been performed except for simple cholecystectomy; 7. Communication and interaction are normal; 8. Take the test voluntarily and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1. 对艾司奥美拉唑过敏； 2. 术前24小时内服用止吐药或镇痛药； 3. 使用H2受体抑制剂、PPI； 4. 使用与艾司奥美拉唑相互作用的药物（即苯妥英、地西泮、酮康唑、伊曲康唑、华法林/维生素K拮抗剂、氯吡格雷等）； 5. 使用抗精神病药物或皮质类固醇药物； 6. 既往心力衰竭或心律失常；未控制的高血压；糖尿病伴血糖控制不良；肝肾功能障碍；胃动力障碍；前庭疾病； 7. 孕妇或哺乳期妇女； 8. 不能理解术后恢复质量量表（QoR-15）/视觉模拟评分（VAS）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Allergic to esomeprazole; 2. Take antiemetic or analgesic drugs within 24 hours before the operation; 3. Use H2 receptor inhibitors and PPIs; 4. Use drugs that interact with esomeprazole (such as phenytoin, diazepam, ketoconazole, itraconazole, warfarin/vitamin K antagonists, clopidogrel, etc.); 5. Use of antipsychotic drugs or corticosteroid drugs; 6. Previous heart failure or arrhythmia; Uncontrolled hypertension Diabetes mellitus with poor blood sugar control; Liver and kidney dysfunction; Gastric motility disorder Vestibular disorders; 7. Pregnant or lactating women; 8. Inability to understand the Postoperative Quality of Recovery Scale (QoR-15)/Visual Analogue Scale (VAS).
