研究目的：

本研究拟通过横断面调查，分析中国医科大学口腔专业本科生（n=150）的牙周状况（探诊深度、出血等）、龈下菌群与身体健康指标的关联性。旨在探索口腔微生物组-身体健康的潜在机制，为青年人群心身健康干预提供新靶点。  

Objectives of Study：

This cross-sectional study aims to investigate the associations between periodontal status (probing depth, bleeding on probing, etc.), subgingival microbiota, and systemic health indicators among dental undergraduates (n=150) at China Medical University. The research seeks to elucidate potential mechanisms linking the oral microbiome to general health, thereby identifying novel targets for integrated physical-mental health interventions in young adults.

纳入标准：

纳入标准：1. 年龄18-25岁口腔专业学生；2. 近3个月未接受牙周治疗；3. 自愿参与并签署同意书；4. 恒牙列完整（>=28颗牙）。

Inclusion criteria

1. Students majoring in stomatology aged 18 to 25; 2. No periodontal treatment has been received in the past three months; 3. Participate voluntarily and sign the consent form; 4. Complete permanent dentition (>=28 teeth).

排除标准：

1. 妊娠期或哺乳期女性；2. 长期服用抗生素/免疫抑制剂；3. 有精神疾病确诊史；4. 合并糖尿病等影响牙周状态的系统性炎症疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

Pregnant or lactating women; 2. Long-term use of antibiotics/immunosuppressants; 3. Have a confirmed history of mental illness; 4. Concurrent systemic inflammatory diseases such as diabetes that affect periodontal condition.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

1. 数据采集方式 本研究采用 纸质病例记录表（CRF） + 电子数据采集系统（EDC） 相结合的方式，确保数据准确性和可追溯性。 （1）病例记录表（CRF） 内容： 牙周检查数据（探诊深度、出血指数、牙龈退缩等） 龈下菌斑采样记录（牙位、采样时间、保存条件） 量表评分 受试者基本信息（年龄、性别、口腔卫生习惯等） 填写要求： 由检查医师现场填写，签字确认 每份CRF标注唯一受试者编号（与EDC系统一致） （2）电子数据采集系统（EDC） 系统名称：ResMan（基于互联网的临床研究数据管理平台） 功能模块： 电子CRF（eCRF）双录入系统 数据逻辑校验（自动检测异常值） 审计追踪（记录所有数据修改历史） 访问权限： 研究医师：仅可录入/修改本人采集的数据 数据管理员：可导出数据，无修改权限 独立监查员：定期审核数据完整性 2. 数据管理流程 采集阶段： 临床检查数据 → 实时录入ResMan系统（支持平板电脑/手机端） 纸质CRF作为备份，存档于医院档案室（保存5年） 质控阶段： 每周由数据管理员核查缺失值/离群值 每月生成数据质量报告（缺失率<5%，错误率<1%） 存储与安全： 电子数据：加密存储于中国医科大学服务器（定期备份） 纸质数据：锁柜保存，仅项目负责人可访问

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data collection method This study adopted a combination of paper case record forms (CRF) and electronic data acquisition systems (EDC) to ensure the accuracy and traceability of the data. (1) Case Record Form (CRF Content Periodontal examination data (probing depth, bleeding index, gingival recession, etc.) Subgingival plaque sampling records (tooth position, sampling time, preservation conditions) Scale scoring Basic information of the subjects (age, gender, oral hygiene habits, etc.) Filling requirements It shall be filled out on the spot by the examining physician and signed for confirmation Each CRF is marked with a unique subject number (consistent with the EDC system). (2) Electronic Data Acquisition System (EDC System Name: ResMan (Internet-Based Clinical Research Data Management Platform) Functional module Electronic CRF (eCRF) dual input system Data logic verification (automatic detection of outliers) Audit Trail (Records all data modification history) Access permission Research physician: Only the data collected by oneself can be entered/modified Data Administrator: Data can be exported, but no modification permission Independent monitor: Regularly review data integrity 2. Data management process Collection stage Clinical examination data → Real-time input into the ResMan system (supporting tablet/mobile phone terminals) The paper CRF is kept as a backup in the hospital archives room (for 5 years). Quality control stage Missing values/outliers are checked by the data administrator every week Generate monthly data quality reports (missing rate <5%, error rate <1%) Storage and Security Electronic data: Encrypted and stored on the server of China Medical University (regularly backed up) Paper data: Locked in a cabinet for storage and accessible only to the project leader
