Objectives of Study：

The community-based non-pharmacological intervention program for older adults with subjective cognitive decline was preliminarily applied and its effect was explored

纳入标准：

1.年龄>=60岁; 2.符合SCD筛查标准：中文版主观认知下降问卷（Subjective Cognitive Decline Questionnaire，SCD-Q9）评分>=5 分；无客观认知功能损害，通过蒙特利尔认知功能评估量表（Montreal Cognitive Assessment, MoCA）和简易精神状态检查量表 （Mini-Mental State Examination，MMSE） 确定；日常生活能力未受影响； 3.最近半年内未从事规律运动锻炼和认知活动等干预； 4.知情同意，自愿参加。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age>=60 years old; 2. Meet the SCD screening criteria: > score of the Chinese version of the Subjective Cognitive Decline Questionnaire (SCD-Q9). =5 points; No objective cognitive impairment, as determined by the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) and Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE); The ability to perform daily activities is not affected; 3. Have not engaged in regular exercise and cognitive activities in the past six months; 4. Informed consent and voluntary participation.

排除标准：

1.任何其他神经退行性或重大精神疾病（轻度认知障碍或痴呆等）； 2.任何严重或不稳定的内科疾病(即不稳定或严重哮喘或心血管疾病，活动性胃溃疡，或严重的肝脏或肾脏疾病或高血压无法控制者)； 3.有严重的焦虑、抑郁; 4.具有运动禁忌症、色盲或者文化程度过低不能配合测试者； 5.正在参加其它研究试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Any other neurodegenerative or major mental illness (mild cognitive impairment or dementia, etc.); 2. Any serious or unstable medical illness (i.e., unstable or severe asthma or cardiovascular disease, active gastric ulcer, or severe liver or kidney disease or uncontrollable hypertension); 3. Severe anxiety and depression; 4. Those who have contraindications to exercise, color blindness, or too low education to cooperate with the test; 5. Those who are participating in other research trials.
