研究目的：

构建一套基于怀旧应用程序的怀旧疗法干预方案，了解认知功能障碍老年人使用应用程序的障碍和促进因素，并评价该方案的干预效果。  

Objectives of Study：

Develop a reminiscence therapy intervention program based on an application, identify barriers and facilitators to application use among older adults with cognitive impairment, and evaluate the effectiveness of the intervention program.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥60岁； 2.诊断为MCI。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age >= 60 years old; 2. Diagnosed with MCI.

排除标准：

1. 有明显视力、听力障碍或沟通障碍； 2. 有严重躯体疾病不能参与研究； 3. 既往诊断过精神疾病（如精神分裂、双向情感障碍）； 4. 有其他可能影响认知功能的状况（如卒中、脑外伤、酒精依赖、癫痫、帕金森病、HIV或梅毒感染）； 5. 左利手； 6. 正在参与其他社会心理干预。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Have significant visual, hearing, or communication impairments; 2. Have severe physical illnesses that prevent participation in the study; 3. Have mental illnesses (such as schizophrenia or bipolar disorder); 4. Have other conditions that may affect cognitive function (such as stroke, brain injury, alcohol dependence, epilepsy, Parkinson's disease, HIV, or syphilis infection); 5. Left-handed; 6. Currently participating in other social-psychological interventions.
