研究目的：

（1）构建基于COM-B模型的产后压力性尿失禁盆底肌训练依从性干预方案。 （2）验证产后压力性尿失禁盆底肌训练依从性干预性方案的应用效果。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To construct a COM-B model-based pelvic floor muscle training compliance intervention program for postpartum stress urinary incontinence. (2) To verify the application effect of the intervention program on compliance of pelvic floor muscle training for postpartum stress urinary incontinence.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合女性压力性尿失禁诊断和治疗指南中的压力性尿失禁的诊断标准，经医生进一步诊断为产后压力性尿失禁； 2.年龄≥20岁； 3.单胎、足月、阴道分娩； 4.轻、中度压力性尿失禁患者； 5.意识清楚，表达流畅； 6.知情同意，自愿参加本研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. According to the diagnostic criteria of stress urinary incontinence in the guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of female stress urinary incontinence, the doctor further diagnosed as postpartum stress urinary incontinence; 2. age >=20 years old; 3. singleton, full-term and vaginal delivery; 4. patients with mild and moderate stress urinary incontinence; 5. clear consciousness and fluent expression; 6. Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.

排除标准：

1.膀胱尿道创伤； 2.盆底肌肉损伤严重； 3.既往患PFD； 4.既往有盆腔手术史； 5.患有慢性咳嗽或便秘。

Exclusion criteria：

1. bladder urethral trauma; 2. Severe pelvic floor muscle injury; 3. History of PFD; 4. previous history of pelvic surgery; 5. Chronic cough or constipation.
