研究目的：

分析广西壮族自治区胸科医院非结核分枝杆菌（NTM）病的菌种分布、临床特征，加深广大医务人员对NTM病的认识与理解，为NTM病防治策略的制定和调整提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

To analyze the species distribution and clinical characteristics of nontuberculous mycobacterial (NTM) diseases at the Thoracic Hospital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, enhance the understanding and knowledge of NTM diseases among medical staff, and provide references for the formulation and adjustment of NTM disease prevention and control strategies.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.首次确诊为NTM病的患者（2020年12月1日前的病例参照2012年版的《非结核分枝杆菌病诊断与治疗专家共识》诊断标准； 2. 2020年12月1日后的病例参照2020年版的《非结核分枝杆菌病诊断与治疗指南》诊断标准）.

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients diagnosed with NTM disease for the first time (cases before December 1, 2020 refer to the diagnostic criteria of the 2012 edition of the Expert Consensus on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Nontuberculous Mycobacteriosis; 2. For cases after December 1, 2020, refer to the 2020 version of the "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Nontuberculous Mycobacteriosis" diagnostic criteria).
