研究目的：

对长期反复处于冷暴露条件下的人群进行认知功能测试，与基线对照组相比，探索长期反复冷暴露对认知功能的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

Cognitive function was tested in people who had been exposed to cold for a long time, and the effect of long-term repeated cold exposure on cognitive function was explored compared with the baseline control group.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄18-45岁； 2.近一月累计冷暴露至少10天，每天冷暴露至少2小时。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age 18-45; 2. Cumulative cold exposure in the past month for at least 10 days, and cold exposure for at least 2 hours every day.

排除标准：

1.患有癫痫、偏头疼、脑损伤、脑卒中等神经精神疾病者； 2.服用中枢神经系统类药物者； 3.心脏或头部手术史者； 4.MMSE （ mini- mental state examination，简易智力状态检查量表）评分＜25 分者； 5.患有肺心病，慢性阻塞性肺疾病，肺气肿，肺栓塞等严重呼吸系统疾病者； 6.对研究有消极抵抗情绪，依从性差者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those with neuropsychiatric diseases such as epilepsy, migraine, brain injury, and stroke; 2. Those who take drugs for the central nervous system; 3. History of heart or head surgery; 4. MMSE (mini- mental state examination) score < 25 points; 5. Patients with severe respiratory diseases such as cor pulmonale, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, emphysema, pulmonary embolism, etc.; 6. Those who have negative resistance to the study and poor compliance.
