研究目的：

探讨扁平足患者发生特发性脊柱侧凸（AIS）的危险因素及舒适护理对扁平足合并AIS后路矫正术后恶心呕吐的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the risk factors for the development of adolescent idiopathic scoliosis (AIS) in patients with flatfoot, and evaluate the impact of comfort nursing on postoperative nausea and vomiting (N&V) following posterior correction surgery for flatfoot with AIS.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①无麻醉禁忌症；②无药物过敏史；③自愿参与并签署知情同意书；④听力、说话、阅读和书写能力正常；⑤双侧拇外翻角(HVA)和Meary's角（MA）测量；⑥患者接受脊柱矫正、植骨融合和内固定手术。

Inclusion criteria

1.no anesthesia contraindications; 2. no history of drug allergies; 3. voluntary participation with signed informed consent forms; 4. normal hearing, speaking, reading, and writing abilities; 5.bilateral hallux valgus angle (HVA) and Meary’s angle (MA) measurements; 6.AIS patients undergoing spinal correction, bone grafting fusion, and internal fixation.

排除标准：

①引起恶心或呕吐的其他疾病；；②影响交流的精神疾病；③)严重的合并症或疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. other conditions causing nausea or vomiting; 2. psychiatric disorders affecting communication; 3.severe comorbidities or diseases.
