研究目的：

本研究从失眠患者的情绪障碍症状入手，探索觉醒环路（丘脑-感觉皮层）与情绪调节网络（前额叶-杏仁核回路）的异常，观察基于rTMS的不同参数的治疗方式对患者的睡眠及精神状态的改善情况。  

Objectives of Study：

Starting with the emotional-disturbance symptoms of insomnia patients, this study investigates abnormalities in the arousal circuit (thalamus–sensory cortex) and the emotion-regulation network (prefrontal–amygdala circuit), and examines how different rTMS parameter settings improve sleep and mental state.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

失眠患者需满足：DSM-5 对失眠障碍的诊断标准；PSQI>5；年龄 18-65 岁；右利手。 健康对照需满足:过去 3 个月里，睡眠质量良好；PSQI<=5；年龄 18-65 岁；右利手。

Inclusion criteria

Patients with insomnia need to meet: DSM-5 diagnostic criteria for insomnia disorder; PSQI>5; age 18-65 years; Right-handed. Healthy controls need to be met: Good sleep quality in the past 3 months; PSQI<=5; age 18-65 years; Right-handed.

排除标准：

1.失眠患者不符合失眠障碍的诊断标准； 2.存在任何 rTMS 禁忌症（如癫痫发作史，颅内植入物）； 3.出现其他类型的睡眠障碍，如嗜睡症、异态睡眠症或睡眠相关运动障碍； 4.有脑部手术史或脑部外伤史； 5.曾患有精神或神经系统疾病； 6.处于妊娠状态； 7.有磁共振禁忌症。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with insomnia do not meet the diagnostic criteria for insomnia disorder; 2. Presence of any contraindications to rTMS (e.g., history of seizures, intracranial implants); 3. Other types of sleep disorders, such as narcolepsy, parasomnia, or sleep-related movement disorders; 4. History of brain surgery or traumatic brain injury; 5. Suffering from mental or neurological diseases; 6. Being pregnant; 7. Contraindications to magnetic resonance.
