研究目的：

通过研究带套可降解肠道支架在Ta_tme术后90天内吻合口漏发生率降低的作用及术后 90 天内总体并发症降低、住院时间和总费用降低、生活质量评价升高的作用而达到降低医疗成本和减少医疗资源耗用的目的。  

Objectives of Study：

By studying the effect of biodegradable intestinal stents with sleeves on reducing the incidence of anastomotic leakage within 90 days after Ta_tme surgery, as well as reducing overall complications, hospital stay and total costs, and improving quality of life evaluation within 90 days after surgery, the goal of reducing medical costs and decreasing the consumption of medical resources can be achieved.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.原发性直肠癌（病理）。 2.需行 Ta-tme 手术并伴有吻合口漏高风险（男性、糖尿病、术前放化疗、肿瘤距肛门小于等于 5cm）。 3.18～85 岁，男女不限。 4.ECOG(Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group)<=1 分 5.ASA(American Society of Anesthesiology)分级<=3 级 6.受试者自愿参加本临床研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Primary rectal cancer (pathology). 2. Ta-tme surgery is required and is associated with a high risk of anastomotic leakage (males, diabetes, preoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy, tumor less than or equal to 5cm from the anus). 3. 18~85 years old, male or female. 4. ECOG (Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group) <=1 point 5. ASA (American Society of Anesthesiology) grade <=3 6. Subjects voluntarily participate in this clinical study and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.既往接受过直肠手术。 2.家族性大肠息肉病，遗传性非息肉性结直肠癌，活动性克罗恩病或活动性溃疡性结肠炎。 3.六月内有心脑血管疾病，不稳定型心绞痛，急性心肌梗死。 4.一月内持续使用糖皮质激素。 5.妊娠或计划妊娠妇女和哺乳期的女性。 6.严重的精神障碍。 7.严重并发症不能耐受手术或者需要急诊手术。 8.术中发现直肠多发肿瘤，或者远处转移，或者不能 R0 切除，或者未行 TATME。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Previous rectal surgery. 2. Familial colorectal polyposis, hereditary non-polyposis colorectal cancer, active Crohn's disease, or active ulcerative colitis. 3. Cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, unstable angina, acute myocardial infarction within 6 months. 4. Continuous use of glucocorticoids for one month. 5. Pregnant or planning pregnancy and lactating women. 6. Severe mental disorders. 7. Severe complications that cannot tolerate surgery or require emergency surgery. 8. Multiple tumors of the rectum are found during surgery, or distant metastases, or cannot be resected with R0, or TATME is not performed.
