研究目的：

本项目旨在研究益阳市中心医院自2009年以来糖尿病合并肾脏病尿毒症腹透患者年龄、血清白蛋白及综合营养指数、血清肌酐等对患者生存结果的影响，分析患者临床及各项实验室指标，分析各项指标的相互作用，旨在为糖尿病合并肾脏病尿毒症患者行腹透的最佳时机提供参考价值，实现患者最大生存获益，提高患者生存率和生存质量，降低全因死亡率和心血管死亡率，减少人力和社会成本，具有重大经济、科学和社会意义。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this project is to study the effects of age, serum albumin and comprehensive nutritional index, serum creatinine and other patients with diabetes mellitus and nephropathy uremia on the survival outcome of patients with diabetes mellitus and kidney disease uremia since 2009, analyze the clinical and laboratory indicators of patients, and analyze the interaction of various indicators, aiming to provide reference value for the best time for patients with diabetes mellitus and uremia to undergo peritoneal dialysis, realize the maximum survival benefit of patients, improve the survival rate and quality of life of patients, and reduce all-cause mortality and cardiovascular mortality. Reducing human and social costs is of great economic, scientific and social significance.

纳入标准：

1、年龄 >18 岁 2、首次 PD 治疗和透析时间 > 3 个月 3、符合糖尿病诊断标准。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age >18 years old 2. Time to first PD treatment and dialysis > 3 months 3. Meet the diagnostic criteria for diabetes.

排除标准：

1、肾功能恢复且不需要进一步治疗的患者、 2、PD开始时年龄小于18岁、 3、数据不完整、失访或不配合随访，或转移到另一个透析中心。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients whose renal function has recovered and do not require further treatment, 2. The age of PD is less than 18 years old at the beginning of the PD, 3. The data are incomplete, lost to follow-up or do not cooperate with the follow-up, or transfer to another dialysis center.
