Objectives of Study：

Exploring the Application Value of Electronic Chromoendoscopy in the Diagnosis of Laryngopharyngeal Reflux

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

具有咽喉反流症状的患者，年龄18-70岁。

Inclusion criteria

Patients with laryngopharyngeal reflux symptoms, aged 18-70 years.

排除标准：

1.无法耐受内镜检查，或存在其他内镜检查的禁忌症的患者； 2.既往有咽部或消化道手术史或外伤史的患者； 3.严重的全身性疾病或精神疾病的患者； 4.不遵医嘱，依从性差的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who cannot tolerate endoscopy, or have other contraindications to endoscopy; 2. Patients with a history of pharyngeal or gastrointestinal surgery or trauma; 3. Patients with severe systemic diseases or mental illnesses; 4. Patients who do not follow medical instructions and have poor compliance.

咽喉反流阳性组：反流症状指数 > 13分且/或反流发现评分> 7分；阴性对照组:反流症状指数≤13分且反流发现评分≤7分。

Gold Standard or Reference Standard (The clinical reference standards required to establish the presence or absence of the target condition in the tested population in present study):

Positive laryngopharyngeal reflux group: Reflux Symptom Index > 13 points and/or Reflux Finding Score > 7 points; Negative control group: Reflux Symptom Index ≤ 13 points and Reflux Finding Score ≤ 7 points.

People with symptoms related to laryngopharyngeal reflux, including pharyngeal foreign body sensation, chronic cough, throat clearing, hoarseness, dysphagia, excessive phlegm, postnasal drip, dyspnea, heartburn, chest pain, or stomach pain.
