研究目的：

通过汉化版治疗性沟通能力量表使用在中医护理环境中，采用横断面研究方法，调查现状及分析影响因素，丰富护患沟通领域的理论研究成果。通过差异分析，发现薄弱环节，为护理管理者提供不同科室护士治疗性沟通能力的现状数据，优化中医院护患治疗性沟通模式，为针对性培训和政策制定提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

By employing a Chinese-adapted Therapeutic Communication Competence Scale in a traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) nursing setting and adopting a cross-sectional design, this study investigates the current status and analyzes the influencing factors, thereby enriching the theoretical findings in the nurse–patient communication domain. Through differential analyses, it identifies weak links, provides nursing managers with departmental-level data on nurses’ therapeutic communication competence, and informs the optimization of nurse–patient communication models in TCM hospitals. The results will serve as evidence for targeted training programs and policy development.

纳入标准：

1.取得护士执业证书的三级中医院临床护士； 2.从事临床护理工作≥1年； 3.自愿参与研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. Clinical nurses holding a valid nursing license in tertiary-grade traditional Chinese medicine hospitals; 2. With >=1 year of clinical nursing experience; 3. Who voluntarily agree to participate in the study.

排除标准：

1.未直接参与患者护理工作（如行政、供应室等非临床岗位）；不同意参与研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Those not directly involved in patient care (e.g., administrative or supply-room roles) and individuals who decline to participate.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据收集：使用中文版护患治疗性沟通量表，中文版同情疲劳量表，一般资料调查表，通过电子问卷通过护士工作群发放，科室护士长协助组织；纸质版问卷当场发放当场回收，填写时间控制在18分钟内，答题时间<3分钟者视为无效；数据管理：用纸质和电子表格、问卷编号，采用Excel建立数据库、纸质表格采取双人录入、电子表格直接导出、电子化数据采集；数据库清洗及锁定，数据在团队指定人员电脑中存档。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data collection The Chinese versions of the Nurse–Patient Therapeutic Communication Scale and the Professional Self-Care Inventory (compassion fatigue), together with a general-information form, were administered. Electronic questionnaires were distributed through hospital nursing WeChat groups with assistance from head nurses; paper questionnaires were handed out and collected on site. Completion time was capped at 18 min; responses completed in <3 min were deemed invalid. Data management Unique questionnaire IDs were assigned to both paper and electronic forms. An Excel database was created: paper forms were double-entered by two independent clerks, electronic responses were directly exported. After data cleaning, the final database was locked and stored on a password-protected computer accessible only to designated research-team members.
