研究目的：

以护士身心健康和法律素养为核心，结合护理学科特色，在上海市13家三级医院建立多中心、前瞻性队列研究，评估护士的健康状况与法律素养，重点关注工作情况、家庭关系及生活方式等因素对护士健康和法律素养的影响，为推动护士职业健康和权益保障的提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

With the core focus on the physical and mental health and legal literacy of nurses, and integrating the characteristics of the nursing discipline, a multicenter, prospective cohort study will be established in 13 tertiary hospitals in Shanghai. This study aims to assess the health status and legal literacy of nurses, with particular attention to the impact of factors such as working conditions, family relationships, and lifestyle on their health and legal literacy. The findings will provide evidence for promoting the occupational health and rights protection of nurses.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄>=18周岁； 2.医院注册在职护士； 3.知情同意自愿参与本研究； 4.已完成或即将完成年度健康体检； 5.在医院工作时间>=6个月。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age>=18 years old; 2. Registered in-service nurses in the hospital; 3. Informed consent to voluntarily participate in this study; 4. Have completed or are about to complete the annual health examination; 5. Working time in the hospital >=6 months.

排除标准：

1.已辞职或未续签合同的护士； 2.未取得护士执业证书的护士； 3.处于实习期或试用期的护士； 4.有严重身心功能障碍、无法完成调查者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Nurses who have resigned or have not renewed their contracts; 2. Nurses who have not obtained a nurse practice certificate; 3. Nurses in the internship or probationary period; 4. Those who have severe physical and mental dysfunction and are unable to complete the survey.
