研究目的：

（1）探究孕妇－配偶二元交互视角下的身体活动协同促进干预方案在预防妊娠期糖尿病、提高身体活动水平和促进母婴健康方面的效果；（2）探讨干预方案产生作用的潜在机制。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to (1) investigate the effects of a couple-based physical activity intervention on the prevention of gestational diabetes mellitus, enhancement of physical activity levels, and promotion of maternal and neonatal health; and (2) explore the potential mechanisms through which the intervention exerts its effects.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

孕妇的纳入标准： 1.单胎妊娠； 2.妊娠5～12+6周； 3.具有以下一种或多种妊娠期糖尿病高危因素：年龄≥35岁，孕前BMI≥25kg/m2，糖耐量异常史、多囊卵巢综合征，糖尿病家族史，妊娠期糖尿病史，不明原因的流产史、死产、死胎、巨大儿分娩史、胎儿畸形、羊水过多史，辅助生殖技术受孕，本次妊娠胎儿发育大于孕周，反复外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病，羊水过多。 配偶的纳入标准：妻子符合纳入标准。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion Criteria for Pregnant Women: 1. Singleton pregnancy; 2. Gestational age between 5 and 12+6 weeks; 3. Presence of one or more risk factors for gestational diabetes mellitus, including: age >= 35 years; pre-pregnancy BMI >= 25 kg/m2; history of abnormal glucose tolerance; polycystic ovary syndrome; family history of diabetes; history of gestational diabetes; history of unexplained miscarriage, stillbirth, or fetal demise; history of large-for-gestational-age infants; presence of fetal malformations; history of polyhydramnios; conception via assisted reproductive technologies; fetal growth exceeding gestational age, recurrent vulvovaginal candidiasis, and polyhydramnios. Inclusion Criteria for Partners: The pregnant woman meets the above inclusion criteria.

排除标准：

孕妇的排除标准： 1.孕前糖尿病合并妊娠； 2.有身体活动禁忌证，如严重心脏或呼吸系统疾病、重度子痫前期/子痫、未控制的高血压、1型糖尿病、先兆流产、持续阴道出血、胎膜早破、宫颈机能不全、重度贫血、前置胎盘、未控制的甲状腺疾病、胎儿生长受限等； 3.有肢体残疾、外伤等影响身体活动的疾病； 4.有精神疾病既往史或认知障碍，无法正常沟通； 5.正在服用二甲双胍、皮质类固醇等药物的孕妇； 6.参与其他涉及身体活动促进的干预项目。 配偶的排除标准： 1.未控制的心血管疾病、肺部疾病或糖尿病； 2.有肢体残疾、外伤等影响身体活动的疾病； 3.有精神疾病既往史或认知障碍，无法正常沟通； 4.参与其他涉及身体活动促进的干预项目。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion Criteria for Pregnant Women: 1. Pre-existing diabetes mellitus complicated by pregnancy. 2. Contraindications to physical activity include severe cardiac or respiratory diseases, severe preeclampsia/eclampsia, uncontrolled hypertension, type 1 diabetes, threatened miscarriage, persistent vaginal bleeding, premature rupture of membranes, cervical incompetence, severe anemia, placenta previa, uncontrolled thyroid disorders, or fetal growth restriction. 3. Physical disabilities or injuries that impair the ability to engage in physical activity. 4. A history of mental illness or cognitive impairment that hinders effective communication. 5. Currently prescribed medications such as metformin or corticosteroids. 6. Participation in other intervention programs aimed at promoting physical activity. Exclusion Criteria for Partners: 1. Uncontrolled cardiovascular diseases, pulmonary diseases, or diabetes; 2. Physical disabilities or injuries that impair physical activity; 3. History of mental illness or cognitive impairment that precludes normal communication; 4. Participation in other intervention programs aimed at promoting physical activity.

采用区组随机法，由一名不参与本研究的独立统计人员使用计算机生成随机数，每个区组4对研究对象，按照干预组和对照组1:1的比例进行随机分组。

The randomization process was conducted using a block randomization method. An independent statistician, who was not involved in this study, generated random numbers via a computer. Each block comprised four pairs of study participants. These pairs were randomly assigned to either the intervention group or the control group in a 1:1 ratio.
