基于数字化途径，探究三餐能量时序以及脂肪供能比对血糖异常人群的健康影响。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on digital approaches, to explore the differences in energy distribution among three meals and the health impact of the fat energy supply ratio on people with abnormal blood glucose.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.新筛的2型糖尿病或糖尿病前期 2.体重近6个月稳定（±2kg）; 3.近3个月稳定用药; 4.能够熟练使用智能手机 5.本地常驻居民。

Inclusion criteria

1. Newly screened type 2 diabetes mellitus or prediabetes; 2. Body weight was stable for nearly 6 months; 3. Stable medication in the last 3 months; 4. Proficient in using smartphones; 5. Local resident.

排除标准：

1. 近6个月发生过心梗或中风 2. 严重的肝肾疾病 3. 长期使用影响血糖控制的药物（如全身性糖皮质激素、类固醇、噻嗪类利尿剂） 4. 近2年患有癌症 5. 精神类疾病 6.影响能量代谢或葡萄糖代谢的疾病状况（库欣综合征、慢性肾病、肝硬化、炎症性肠病、慢阻肺、总甘油三酯＞500mg/dl。）

Exclusion criteria：

1. Heart attack or stroke within the past 6 months. 2. Severe liver or kidney diseases. 3. Long-term use of medications affecting blood glucose control (e.g., systemic glucocorticoids, steroids, thiazide diuretics). 4. Cancer diagnosis within the past 2 years. 5. Psychiatric disorders. 6. Conditions affecting energy metabolism or glucose metabolism (Cushing's syndrome, chronic kidney disease, cirrhosis, inflammatory bowel disease, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, total triglycerides > 500 mg/dL.)
