研究目的：

根管治疗后冠修复患者的依从性可因主观、客观因素影响，从而增加根管治疗牙潜在隐患风险。本研究拟通过福格行为模型与护理专案管理，探寻减少根管治疗牙潜在隐患风险，提高根管治疗后冠修复患者依从性较理想的方法，得以维护广大根管治疗患者的牙齿功能，延长牙齿寿命，提升患者对根管治疗疗效的满意度。  

Objectives of Study：

The compliance of patients undergoing crown restoration after root canal treatment can be influenced by subjective and objective factors, thereby increasing the potential risks of root canal treatment for teeth. This study aims to explore the use of the FBM model and nursing project management to reduce potential risks associated with root canal treatment and improve the compliance of patients undergoing crown restoration after root canal treatment. The goal is to maintain the dental function of a large number of root canal treatment patients, extend their tooth lifespan, and enhance their satisfaction with the effectiveness of root canal treatment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄18-60岁之间； 2.完成RCT的患者； 3.掌握智能手机及APP使用功能者； 4.愿意接受追踪回访者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Between the ages of 18 and 60; 2. Patients who have completed RCTs; 3. Master the usage functions of smartphones and apps; 4. Willing to accept follow-up visits.

排除标准：

1.对修复材料过敏者； 2.RCT后无需行冠修复者； 3.RCT后需观察者； 4.妊娠期和哺乳期者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Individuals allergic to repair materials; 2. Patients who do not require crown repair after RCT; 3. Observers are required after RCT; 4. Pregnant and lactating women.

由张觅应用简单随机分组方法。(1) 事先拟定100个研究对象序号；(2) 产生随机数字（用随机数字表法）；(3) 规定随机数字为奇数的研究对象分到A组，偶数分到B组；(4) 规定A组采用常规护理，B组在A组基础上，给予干预观察。

Zhang Mi applied a simple random grouping method. (1) Prepare 100 research subject numbers in advance; (2) Generate random numbers (using the random number table method); (3) Research subjects with odd random numbers are assigned to Group A, while those with even numbers are assigned to Group B; (4) Group A is prescribed to receive routine care, while Group B is given intervention observation based on Group A.
