研究目的：

（1）面向临床实际需求的隐形矫治器矫治力无线测量系统的临床可行性验证。 （2）完成在体临床试验，追踪临床正畸诊疗过程中牙齿的受力及其变化规律。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Clinical Feasibility Validation of a Wireless Orthodontic Force Monitoring System for Clear Aligners. (2) Completion of In Vivo Orthodontic Force Monitoring on Teeth During Orthodontic Treatment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄：18-50岁。
2.上颌中切牙、尖牙及第一磨牙无缺失。
3.牙列轻度拥挤的非拔牙病例。
4.无过小牙，牙齿形态正常。
5.符合无托槽隐形矫治治疗的适应症，经正畸专业医生评估后认可。
6.志愿者签署知情同意书，自愿参与研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. 18–50 years old. 2. No missing maxillary central incisors, canines, or first molars. 3. Mildly crowded dentition without extraction required. 4. No microdontia, with normal tooth morphology. 5. Indicated for clear aligner therapy without extractions, and approved by an orthodontic specialist upon evaluation. 6. Participant has signed the informed consent form and voluntarily agrees to participate in the study.

排除标准：

1.存在系统性疾病或口腔条件不适宜正畸治疗的患者。
2.存在严重骨性畸形、颞下颌关节疾患、既往重大手术史。
3.对隐形矫治器材料或传感器组件过敏的患者。
4.无法按时参与随访或不愿遵守研究计划的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with systemic diseases or oral conditions unsuitable for orthodontic treatment. 2. Patients with severe skeletal malocclusion, temporomandibular joint disorders, or a history of major surgery. 3. Patients allergic to clear aligner materials or sensor components. 4. Patients unable or unwilling to comply with follow-up visits or the research protocol.
