研究目的：

1.探索中国综合医院急诊科脓毒症患者的救治策略，并分析影响患者预后的因素。2. 评估不同脓毒症患者亚型和急诊科早期液体复苏策略对患者预后的影响。 3.提供脓毒症早期评估工具，并为脓毒症救治指南提供临床循证依据，尤其是在中国卫生院和120救护车上的应用。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Explore the treatment strategies for sepsis patients in the emergency departments of general hospitals in China and analyze the factors influencing patient outcomes. 2. Evaluate the impact of different sepsis patient subtypes and early fluid resuscitation strategies in the emergency department on patient prognosis. 3. Provide early assessment tools for sepsis and offer clinical evidence-based support for sepsis treatment guidelines, particularly in their application within Chinese community health centers and 120 ambulance services.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥18周岁 （2）临床拟诊断为脓毒症或者脓毒症休克（qSOFA≥ 2分+疑似或确诊感染，伴或不伴低血压或血乳酸﹥2mmol/L）

Inclusion criteria

1. Age >= 18 years old; 2. Clinical diagnosis of sepsis or septic shock (qSOFA >= 2 points + suspected or confirmed infection, with or without hypotension or blood lactate > 2 mmol/L);

排除标准：

1. 合并急性冠脉综合征、脑卒中、严重创伤、孕产妇等； （2） 年龄﹤18周岁 （3） 充血性心力衰竭急性加重期 （4）其它非脓毒症急症引起的血容量丢失，如糖尿病酮症酸中毒、大量呕吐或腹泻、重度中暑、高渗性昏迷等。 （5）肺水肿或者液体过负荷状态 （6）放弃治疗者；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with acute coronary syndrome, stroke, severe trauma, or pregnant/postpartum women; 2. Age < 18 years old ; 3. Acute exacerbation of congestive heart failure ; 4. Non-sepsis-related conditions causing significant volume loss, such as diabetic ketoacidosis, severe vomiting/diarrhea, heat stroke, or hyperosmolar coma ; 5. Pulmonary edema or fluid overload; 6. Patients who have opted to discontinue treatment;
