研究目的：

研究指出補充魚油的大鼠可抑制由於雌激素缺乏而發生的骨流失。大量攝入魚油 (EPA+DHA)脂肪酸可抑制破骨細胞活性並驅動成骨細胞生成。魚油用來減弱破骨細胞活性減少前列腺素的產生，促進骨骼中的礦物質沉積、減弱破骨細胞活性並增加成骨細胞生成，有可能逆轉骨質流失。本研究目的在了解魚油介入後是否能改善因慢性腎病血液透析者所導致的骨質流失，將有助於改善洗腎患者生活品質，減緩洗腎患者骨質流失減少健保支出。  

Objectives of Study：

Research has shown that supplementing rats with fish oil can inhibit bone loss that occurs due to estrogen deficiency. High intake of fish oil (EPA+DHA) fatty acids can inhibit osteoclast activity and drive osteoblastogenesis. Fish oil is used to reduce osteoclast activity, decrease prostaglandin production, promote mineral deposition in bones, reduce osteoclast activity and increase osteoblast production, potentially reversing bone loss. The purpose of this study is to understand whether fish oil intervention can improve bone loss caused by chronic kidney disease hemodialysis patients, which will help improve the quality of life of dialysis patients, slow down bone loss in dialysis patients and reduce health insurance expenses.

纳入标准：

(1).年齡40?70 歲 (2). 接受血液透析的慢性腎臟病患。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age 40 to 70 years old; 2. Chronic kidney disease patients receiving hemodialysis.

排除标准：

(1).收案期間有急性腎損傷。 (2). 收案前曾接受腎臟移植。 (3). 惡性腫瘤病患。 (4). 病歷紀載不全或資料不足，無法獲得完整個案資料。 (5). 魚類過敏者 (6).凝血功能不佳之病人(血液疾病或肝硬化)，或是正在服用抗凝血劑之病人

Exclusion criteria：

1. Acute kidney injury occurred during the case; 2. The patient had received a kidney transplant before the case was admitted; 3. Patients with malignant tumors; 4. The medical records are incomplete or the information is insufficient, making it impossible to obtain complete case information; 5. People who are allergic to fish; 6. Patients with poor coagulation function (blood disease or liver cirrhosis) or patients taking anticoagulants.
