研究目的：

探索强化他汀治疗是否能够通过改善冠心病患者神经免疫代谢紊乱，从而降低患者不良事件发生率，来改善冠心病患者的预后  

Objectives of Study：

To explore whether intensive statin therapy could improve the prognosis of patients with coronary heart disease by ameliorating neuroimmune-metabolic disorders and reducing adverse event incidence

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄为 18-80 岁之间； 2. 入院时完善血常规、肝肾功能、糖、电解质、血脂等实验室检查； 3. 确诊的冠心病患者 4. 签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

1. Age between 18 and 80; 2. Upon admission, complete laboratory tests such as blood routine, liver and kidney function, glucose, electrolytes, and blood lipids; 3. Confirmed patients with coronary heart disease; 4. Sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1. 存在恶行肿瘤、免疫系统疾病、严重感染、严重肝肾功能异常 2. 造影剂过敏等 3. 存在对自主神经功能有影响的其他疾病 4. 存在冠心病以外的限制生命的疾病 5. 不能配合本项研究

Exclusion criteria：

1. There are malignant tumors, immune system diseases, severe infections, and serious liver and kidney function abnormalities; 2. Contrast agent allergy, etc; 3. There are other diseases that have an impact on autonomic nerve function; 4. There are life-threatening diseases other than coronary heart disease; 5. Unable to cooperate with this research.
