探讨养育相关夫妻疾病沟通计划对乳腺癌患者养育忧虑、二元应对和生活质量的影响效果。  

Objectives of Study：

To determine the effect(s) of parenting-related disease communication program on parenting concerns, dyadic coping ability and quality of life.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

患者纳入标准：（1）年龄20-44岁；（2）病理诊断为乳腺癌，患者知晓自身病情；（三）抚养至少一名18岁以下的子女；（四）有配偶共同抚养子女的；（5）知情同意，自愿参与本研究。配偶的纳入标准是：（1）知晓配偶病情；（2）知情同意，自愿参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

The potential participants were patients who met the following inclusion criteria: (1) age 20-44 years old; (2) pathological diagnosis of breast cancer, and know their condition; (3) parenting child aged below the age of 18 who currently living with the parent; (4) have a spouse who co- parents the child(ren); (5) physically able to participate; and (6) willing to provide informed consent to participate in this study. The inclusion criteria for spouses were: (1) those who are aware of their spouse's condition; (2) informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.

排除标准：

排除患有抑制合作的认知或精神障碍、严重合并症和高损耗风险的患者或其配偶。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients or their spouses with cognitive or mental disorders that inhibit cooperation, with serious comorbidities and at a high risk of attrition were excluded.
