研究目的：

1.对乙酰氨基酚甘露醇注射液在骨科手术病人术后的镇痛效果; 2.对乙酰氨基酚甘露醇注射液对炎症因子及S100β的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Analgesic effect of acetaminophen mannitol injection in patients undergoing orthopedic surgery; 2. The influence of acetaminophen mannitol injection on inflammatory factors and S100β.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄 65周岁以上，性别不限； 2.BMI18.5～29.9kg/m^2之间； 3.ASA 评分为I-Ⅲ级； 4.能够理解疼痛量表并能够操作镇痛泵； 5.清楚了解、自愿参加该项研究，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Over 65 years old, gender is not limited; 2. BMI18.5 ~ 29.9kg/m^2; 3. ASA score is I-III; 4. Able to understand pain scales and operate pain relief pumps; 5. Clearly understand, voluntarily participate in the study, and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

1.研究药物的禁忌症 2.精神类疾病或不能配合患者； 3.未控制的高血压或糖尿病 4.先天性心脏疾病、肝肾功能代谢障碍患者； 5.呼吸系统疾病如哮喘患者； 6.特殊体质患者，易过敏体质患者、家族中有恶性?热病史者； 7.一周内有上呼吸道感染病史患者； 8.长期使用镇静药物患者； 9.听力障碍或交流障碍的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Study contraindications of drugs 2. Mental illness or inability to cooperate with patients; 3. Uncontrolled high blood pressure or diabetes 4. Congenital heart disease, liver and kidney dysfunction; 5. Patients with respiratory diseases such as asthma; 6. Patients with special constitution, allergic constitution, and family history of malignant hyperthermia; 7. Patients with a history of upper respiratory tract infection within one week; 8. Patients with long-term use of sedative drugs; 9. Patients with hearing impairment or communication impairment.
