研究目的：

本研究观察爱本跃动蛋白营养粉核心营养成分（小分子乳蛋白[乳蛋白、水解乳蛋白、MFGM、OPN]，乳矿物盐，维生素、N-乙酰氨基葡萄糖，透明质酸钠，牛初乳粉）联合低强度抗阻运动，对中年肌少症患者四肢骨骼肌质量、功能的影响，同时考察该产品对骨密度、睡眠情况、肠道健康等方面的影响。该研究不仅能够填补复合营养干预产品的研发空白，也为预防肌少症提供精准有效预防措施，还可为构建肌少症早期预警和精准预防体系奠定了重要基础。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, we observed the effects of the core nutrients of AIBEN YUEDONG Protein Nutrition Powder (small molecule milk proteins [lactalbumin, hydrolyzed lactalbumin, MFGM, OPN], milk mineral salts, vitamins, N-acetylglucosaminoglucosan, sodium hyaluronate, and colostrum powder) in combination with low-intensity resistance exercise on the mass and function of limb skeletal muscles in middle-aged patients with sarcopenia, and we also investigated the product's effects on bone mineral density, sleep, and intestinal health, among other This study will not only fill the gap between the effects of complex nutritional interventions, but also the effects of the product on bone density, sleep, and gut health. This study not only fills the gap in the research and development of compound nutritional intervention products, but also provides precise and effective preventive measures for the prevention of sarcopenia, and lays an important foundation for the construction of a system of early warning and precise prevention of sarcopenia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①符合肌少症诊断标准AWGS 2019（i 男性握力低于28.0 kg，女性低于18.0 kg。ii 6米步速小于1.0米/秒或5次起坐实验时间≥12秒或SPPB≤9分。 iii BIA男性小于7.0 kg/m2，女性小于5.7 kg/m2或DXA男性小于7.0 kg/m2，女性小于5.4 kg/m2）；②年龄在35~75岁之间，依从性高；③临床资料完整；④经知情同意自愿参与本项目，并且签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meets the diagnostic criteria for sarcopenia AWGS 2019 (i Grip strength less than 28.0 kg for males and less than 18.0 kg for females. ii 6-meter stride speed less than 1.0 m/s or 5-repetition sit-up test time >=12 seconds or SPPB <=9 points. iii BIA less than 7.0 kg/m^2 for males and 5.7 kg/m^2 for females or DXA less than 7.0 kg/m^2 for males and 5.4 kg/m^2 for females); 2. Age between 35-75 years old with high compliance; 3. Complete clinical data; 4. Voluntary participation in the program with informed consent and signing of the informed consent form.

排除标准：

①过去6个月内有明确蛋白粉过敏史，或存在腹泻症状且频率≥7天/月，持续时间超过2周者；②重大躯体疾病（糖尿病伴严重并发症者、恶性肿瘤、严重心血管疾病、神经系统疾病或其他可能影响运动和营养干预效果的疾病患者等）；③过去3个月新发骨折和近期进行关节置换手术的患者；④患有先天性骨骼或肌肉疾病；⑤同时存在其他影响肌肉代谢的合并症，如恶性肿瘤、肝脏疾病、严重器官功能不全如肾病综合征、肾衰竭等可能影响蛋白代谢的疾病；⑥正在参加其他临床试验患者；⑦具有感官残疾或其他原因明显影响资料收集，如严重失聪、失明、精神障碍等；⑧研究人员认为其他原因不适合进行临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. a clear history of allergy to protein powder in the past 6 months, or the presence of diarrhea symptoms and the frequency of >= 7 days / month, the duration of more than 2 weeks; 2. major physical diseases (diabetes with serious complications, malignant tumors, serious cardiovascular disease, neurological diseases or other diseases that may affect the effectiveness of exercise and nutritional interventions, etc.); 3. the past three months, new fractures and recently underwent joint replacement surgery patients; 4. Suffering from congenital bone or muscle diseases; 5. The simultaneous existence of other comorbidities affecting muscle metabolism, such as malignant tumors, liver disease, severe organ insufficiency such as nephrotic syndrome, renal failure and other diseases that may affect protein metabolism; 6. Participating in other clinical trials patients; 7. With sensory disabilities or other reasons significantly affecting the collection of data, such as severe deafness, blindness, mental disorders, etc.; 8.
