研究目的：

本研究旨在探索网络化接纳承诺疗法对网络欺凌受害者心理健康的干预效果和可接受性。具体来说，本研究首先根据网络欺凌受害者的心理特征开发基于接纳承诺疗法(ACT)的手机干预程序；随后进一步验证该干预程序提升网络欺凌受害者的积极心理资源，如心理灵活性和心理幸福感，减轻心理困扰，如抑郁、焦虑和心理僵化的有效性，以期为网络欺凌受害者提供便捷、有效、专业的心理支持途径。同时，也为科研、临床等领域提供一定的理论指导。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to explore the effect and acceptability of online acceptance commitment therapy on the mental health of cyberbullying victims. Specifically, this study first developed a mobile phone intervention program based on acceptance commitment Therapy (ACT) based on the psychological characteristics of cyberbullying victims; Subsequently, the effectiveness of this intervention program in improving the positive psychological resources of cyberbullying victims, such as psychological flexibility and psychological happiness, and alleviating psychological distress, such as depression, anxiety and psychological rigidity, was further verified, with a view to providing convenient, effective and professional psychological support channels for cyberbullying victims. At the same time, it also provides some theoretical guidance for scientific research, clinical and other fields.

纳入标准：

(1)年满十八岁，(2)开始实验前三个月内遭遇了网络欺凌；

Inclusion criteria

1.At least 18 years of age, 2.Experienced cyberbullying within three months before starting the experiment.

排除标准：

(1)有心理和精神障碍诊断史，(2)正在进行其他形式的心理干预，(3)存在自杀风险，即自杀行为问卷—修订版(SBQ-R)分数>7(Osman et al., 1998)，(4)招募问卷填写不认真，即填写时长小于180s (三位硕士研究生的平均填写时长为180s)，(5)使用多个账户填写问卷的用户(不同账户共用同一个ip地址)，(6)存在视听、认知障碍

Exclusion criteria：

1. Have a history of diagnosis of psychological and psychiatric disorders,2. are undergoing other forms of psychological intervention, 3. are at risk of suicide, i.e., Suicidal Behavior Questionaire - Revised version (SBQ-R) score >7(Osman et al., 1998), 4. the recruitment questionnaire is not filled out carefully, That is, the filling time is less than 180s (the average filling time of the three master students is 180s),5. users who fill in the questionnaire using multiple accounts (different accounts share the same ip address), 6. there are audio-visual and cognitive impairments.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

本研究通过加密在线问卷（Qualtrics）和干预平台日志采集数据，涵盖基线信息、干预依从性及心理健康结局指标。问卷设置逻辑校验和必填项以减少录入错误，行为数据由系统自动记录。研究助理定期核查数据一致性，异常值通过私信与参与者确认。所有数据匿名化存储于境内加密云端服务器，访问权限按角色分级，最终数据集经清理后冻结并备份，符合《个人信息保护法》及伦理审查要求。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data were collected using Qualtrics, an encrypted online questionnaire, and an intervention platform log, covering baseline information, intervention compliance, and mental health outcomes. The questionnaire sets logical checksum and required items to reduce input errors, and the behavior data is automatically recorded by the system. Research assistants regularly checked data consistency, and outliers were confirmed with participants via private message. All data is anonymized and stored in the domestic encrypted cloud server, access rights are graded according to roles, and the final data set is frozen and backed up after cleaning, which meets the requirements of the Personal Information Protection Law and ethical review.
