研究目的：

本研究旨在通过多中心混合性队列数据，构建并验证基于机器学习的减重术后患者复胖风险预测模型。具体目标包括：明确影响复胖的主要因素、提高复胖风险预测的准确性。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to construct and validate a machine learning-based model for predicting the risk of weight loss in patients after weight loss by using multicenter mixed cohort data. The specific goals include: identifying the main factors affecting weight loss and improving the accuracy of weight loss risk prediction.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.接受减重手术的患者，包括胃旁路术（Roux-en-Y Gastric Bypass, RYGB）、袖状胃切除术（Sleeve Gastrectomy, SG）或其他减重手术方式； 2.年龄在18岁及以上； 3.术后随访至少12个月，且有完整的术前及术后体重数据记录； 4.能够提供完整的临床、代谢指标及生活方式相关数据； 5.签署知情同意书，同意参与本研究及数据采集。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients undergoing bariatric surgery, including Roux-en-Y Gastric Bypass (RYGB), Sleeve Gastrectomy (SG), or other bariatric surgery; 2. Age 18 years and above; 3. Follow-up for at least 12 months after surgery, with complete preoperative and postoperative weight data records; 4. Be able to provide complete clinical, metabolic and lifestyle-related data; 5. Sign an informed consent form to participate in this study and data collection.

排除标准：

1.合并严重精神或神经系统疾病，影响术后体重变化数据的可靠性； 2.术后发生严重并发症（如吻合口瘘、严重感染等）导致体重变化异常； 3.随访期间妊娠或其他特殊生理状态，干扰体重评价； 4.数据不完整或随访中断，无法获得术后关键时间节点的体重和相关指标； 5.同时参与其他可能影响术后体重变化的临床试验。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Concomitant with serious mental or neurological diseases, affecting the reliability of postoperative weight change data; 2. Serious postoperative complications (such as anastomotic fistula, serious infection, etc.) lead to abnormal weight change; 3. Pregnancy or other special physiological states during follow-up interfere with weight evaluation; 4. Incomplete data or interrupted follow-up, unable to obtain weight and related indicators at key postoperative time nodes; 5. Participate in other clinical trials that may affect postoperative weight change.
