研究目的：

通过近红外、脑电等技术采集特定认知任务下正常人、MCI患者脑功能特征性变化，明确低频TP在MCI或MCI前期的诊断价值  

Objectives of Study：

The characteristic changes of brain function in normal people and MCI patients under specific cognitive tasks were collected by near infrared and EEG techniques, and the diagnostic value of low-frequency TP in MCI or pre-MCI was clarified.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄≥60，母语为普通话； （2）视力正常或矫正视力正常； （3）纯音检测确定听力正常； （4）根据爱丁堡惯用手调查表确认为右利手； （5）没有专业音乐训练经验； （6）无影响实验的神经系统疾病、无脑肿瘤和/或外伤引起的脑结构异常、无耳朵和头部手术史。

Inclusion criteria

( 1 ) Age >= 60, mother tongue is Mandarin ; ( 2 ) Normal or corrected visual acuity ; ( 3 ) Pure tone test to determine normal hearing ; ( 4 ) Confirmed as right-handed according to the Edinburgh Hand Habit Questionnaire ; ( 5 ) no professional music training experience ; ( 6 ) There were no neurological diseases affecting the experiment, no brain structural abnormalities caused by brain tumors and / or trauma, and no history of ear and head surgery.

排除标准：

（1）文盲； （2）AD或任何其他类型的痴呆的诊断; （3）任何神经系统疾病或其他严重的慢性疾病，如抑郁症或任何其他精神障碍； （4）最近服用影响认知功能的药物。

Exclusion criteria：

( 1 ) Illiteracy ; ( 2 ) the diagnosis of AD or any other type of dementia ; ( 3 ) any neurological disease or other serious chronic diseases, such as depression or any other mental disorders ; ( 4 ) Recently taking drugs that affect cognitive function.
