研究目的：

（1）构建基于健康行为互动模式的MHD患者饮食自我管理干预方案； （2）验证干预方案对促进MHD患者饮食自我管理的有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To construct a diet self-management intervention program for MHD patients based on the interaction model of health behavior; (2) To verify the effectiveness of the intervention program on promoting diet self-management of MHD patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.诊断为终末期肾脏病； 2.年龄≥18岁； 3.接受规律性血液透析治疗≥3个月； 4.每周接受维持性血液透析治疗3次； 5.患者无沟通障碍，具有一定的文字阅读能力； 6.知情同意并签署知情同意书，自愿参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. End-stage renal disease was diagnosed. 2. age >=18 years old; 3. receiving regular hemodialysis for >=3 months; 4. patients received maintenance hemodialysis 3 times per week; 5. The patient had no communication disorder and certain reading ability; 6. Informed consent and signed informed consent, voluntarily participating in this study.

排除标准：

1.合并其他严重疾病的 MHD 患者（如恶性肿瘤、严重感染等）； 2.存在严重心理或精神疾病，无法配合研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. MHD patients complicated with other serious diseases (such as malignant tumors, severe infections, etc.); 2. patients with severe psychological or mental illness who are unable to cooperate with the study.
