探讨CTBP2通过调节ZEB1介导的糖酵解在鼻咽癌转移中机制，降低鼻咽癌患者肿瘤转移发生率，并为鼻咽癌治疗新靶点提供指导和见解。  

Objectives of Study：

Exploring the mechanism of CTBP2 regulating ZEB1 mediated glycolysis in nasopharyngeal carcinoma metastasis, reducing the incidence of tumor metastasis in nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients, and providing guidance and insights for new targets for nasopharyngeal carcinoma treatment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

确诊或高度怀疑鼻咽癌伴转移患者；能配合完成相关检查及组织活检者。

Inclusion criteria

Diagnosed or highly suspected nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients with metastasis; they can cooperate to complete relevant examinations and tissue biopsies.

排除标准：

1.无局部或远处转移的鼻咽癌患者。 2.全身疾患（免疫疾病行免疫治疗者、严重精神心理疾病、严重贫血、影像检查有脑出血、脑梗塞等颅脑疾患。 3.依从性差，不能配合检查及活检者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Nasopharyngeal cancer patients without local or distant metastasis. 2. Systemic diseases (immune diseases treated with immunotherapy, severe mental and psychological disorders, severe anemia, and brain diseases such as cerebral hemorrhage and stroke detected by imaging). 3. Poor compliance and inability to cooperate with examinations and biopsies.
