研究目的:

研究不同状态意识障碍患者对视觉、听觉刺激脑机接口范式的应答特征及脑网络特点,为意识障碍患者的精准评估提供依据  

Objectives of Study:

Investigate the response characteristics and brain network features of patients with disorders of consciousness across different states to visual- and auditory-stimulated brain-computer interface paradigms, thereby providing a basis for precise assessment of consciousness disorders.

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

1.年龄18~70岁;2.脑创伤、脑卒中等导致意识障碍≥1个月;3.生命体征平稳;4.有眼球追踪性移动能力;5.粗测听力正常;6.与患者年龄、性别匹配的HC;7.签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

1.Aged 18–70 years; 2.Consciousness disorders caused by traumatic brain injury, stroke, etc., for ≥1 month; 3.Stable vital signs; 4.Ability to track moving objects with eyes; 5.Normal hearing as roughly tested; 6.Healthy controls (HC) matched for age and gender with the patients; 7.Signed informed consent form.

排除标准:

1.有癫痫大发作史或家族史;2.无法配合脑机接口任务

Exclusion criteria:

1.A history of or family history of generalized tonic-clonic seizures; 2.Inability to cooperate with brain-computer interface tasks.
