研究目的：

通过对比使用血流限制性训练和常规肌力训练方法，探讨血流限制性训练对慢性期脑卒中患者下肢功能的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

By comparing the use of blood flow restriction training and conventional muscle strength training methods, this study explores the effects of blood flow restriction training on lower limb function in patients with chronic stroke.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄 18-75 岁，符合第四届全国脑血管病会议脑卒 中诊断标准；且头颅 CT 或 MRI 检查诊断为脑卒中初次发作，病程>6 个月； ②病情稳定，意识清晰，可配合完成实验； ③偏瘫侧下肢 Brunnstrom 分期≥Ⅲ期，下肢肌张力≤1+级（改良 Ashworth 分级）； ④监护下可完成 10m 步行用时测试；

Inclusion criteria

1. Age range of 18-75 years old, meeting the diagnostic criteria for stroke at the Fourth National Cerebrovascular Disease Conference; And the diagnosis of head CT or MRI examination is the first onset of stroke, with a course of more than 6 months; 2. Stable condition, clear consciousness, able to cooperate in completing the experiment; 3. Brunstrom stage >= stage III in the hemiplegic lower limb, with lower limb muscle tone <= grade 1+(modified Ashworth grading); 4. Under supervision, can complete a 10m walking time test;

排除标准：

①严重认知功能障碍患者，不能配合训练者；②共济 失调或任何其他小脑卒中症状；③严重的肌肉骨骼疾病、下肢血栓或关节挛缩畸形；④下肢肌张力≥2 级（改良 Ashworth 分级）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with severe cognitive impairment who cannot cooperate with trainers; 2. Ataxia or any other cerebellar stroke symptoms; 3. Severe musculoskeletal disorders, lower limb thrombosis, or joint contracture deformities; 4. Lower limb muscle tone >= 2 levels (modified Ashworth).
