揭示VR干预下儿童疼痛和焦虑的心脑网络动态变化，填补"技术应用-神经机制"间的知识鸿沟，为精准化非药物干预提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Revealing the dynamic changes in the brain-heart network related to children's pain and anxiety under VR intervention, filling the knowledge gap between "technology application - neural mechanism", and providing a scientific basis for precise non-pharmacological intervention.

纳入标准：

年龄在5-8岁之间，属于ASA I和II类的儿童。口腔至少有一处无症状深龋齿病变需在局麻下行间接牙髓治疗的儿童。或存在乳牙滞留，滞留乳牙松动度小于二度，需在局麻下行牙齿拔除术的儿童。

Inclusion criteria

Children aged between 5 and 8 years old, classified as ASA I and II categories. Children with at least one asymptomatic deep carious lesion in the oral cavity that requires indirect pulp therapy under local anesthesia. Or children with retained primary teeth, where the degree of looseness of the retained primary teeth is less than two, and who need tooth extraction under local anesthesia.

排除标准：

有疼痛性侵入性医疗或牙科手术史，或有不良牙科行为记录的儿童。有癫痫病史、自闭症的儿童。需要镇静和/或全身麻醉管理的儿童。患有特质焦虑的儿童，《儿童焦虑相关障碍筛查问卷》[MCDAS(f)-r]得分大于25分者。

Exclusion criteria：

Children with a history of painful and invasive medical or dental procedures, or with a record of poor dental behavior. Children with a history of epilepsy or autism. Children requiring sedation and/or general anesthesia management. Children with specific anxiety disorders, those with a score greater than 25 on the "Childhood Anxiety Disorders Screening Questionnaire" [MCDAS(f)-r].

使用常规行为管理技术（如非医疗对话、告知-展示-操作、常规分散注意力、声音控制等）尽量减轻的儿童的焦虑。常规分散注意力策略包括治疗椅位上方播放动画片，患儿手握减压球或毛绒玩具，医生操作中非医疗对话等。

Use conventional behavioral management techniques (such as non-medical conversations, informing-demonstration-operation, regular distraction methods, sound control, etc.) to minimize the anxiety of the children. The conventional distraction strategies include playing cartoons above the treatment chair, having the child hold a stress-reducing ball or a plush toy, and having non-medical conversations during the doctor's operation.

80-100名5-8岁需行侵入性牙科治疗（深龋充填/乳牙拔除）的儿童，使用计算机生成的随机数列表，满足纳入要求的受试者被随机分为两个组：VR干预组（n=45）：佩戴VR设备观看定制内容（互动游戏或被动动画）；对照组（n=45）：常规行为管理策略。

A total of 80 to 100 children aged 5 to 8 years who required invasive dental treatment (deep caries filling / extraction of primary teeth) were randomly divided into two groups using a computer-generated random number list: The VR intervention group (n=45): Wearing VR equipment to watch customized content (interactive games or passive animations); The control group (n=45): Using conventional behavioral management strategies.
