研究目的：

本研究拟设计一个前瞻性随机对照实验，观察睡眠和KOA的相关影响和关系，为临床治疗提供指导和方向  

Objectives of Study：

This study intends to design a prospective randomized controlled experiment to observe the correlation between sleep and KOA, so as to provide guidance and direction for clinical treatment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄 18 ~ 70 岁； 2.膝骨关节炎KL分级Ⅰ- Ⅱ级； 3.合并睡眠障碍患者； 4.体质量指数（body mass index， BMI）在 18 ~ 30 kg/m^2 之间的患者； 5. 同意加入本次研究的患者.

Inclusion criteria

1. Age 18 ~ 70 years old; 2. Knee osteoarthritis KL grade I.-II.; 3. Patients with sleep disorders; 4. Patients with body mass index (BMI) between 18 ~ 30 kg/m^2; 5. Patients who agree to participate in this study.

排除标准：

1.KOA分级为III-IV级患者; 2.睡眠障碍过于严重患者.

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with KOA grade III-IV; 2. Patients with severe sleep disorders.
